PRIVACY POLICY
Information submitted to the EXODUS
Network is confidential. EXODUS does not sell or give out client information.
The EXODUS
Network operates on the principles of trust and integrity.
We do not sell
or give away names, addresses, phone numbers,
e-mail addresses or other personal information about our customer/clients,
Selected Agents, references, or suppliers to anyone.
We do pass a
customer/client's name and contact information on to a Selected Agent(s) who we
feel are qualified to meet a particular customer/client's needs.
We may also give a
customer/client's name to one of our prescreened mortgage lender associates,
if requested by the customer/client.
If we are asked to contact a moving person at their work phone and we must leave a message with a person, our staff will simply leave a contact name, phone number and company name and ask for a return phone call.
By completing a buyer
profile, a seller profile, other online form, or by calling us and requesting
the name of a REALTOR®, your name and contact information is entered into our database.
You will be
called by an EXODUS staff person to confirm the information you sent us via any Internet forms. You will also be called by an EXODUS Selected Agent as soon as a referral is made to the agent. If we are not to leave a detailed message with the name of the REALTOR® at your home, please notify us when you give us your initial information.
We do follow up by phone, mail and email
with anyone who contacts us regarding our services.
E-mail newsletters are sent on a regular basis to anyone who requests
information from us. If a person/family has requested a referral from
EXODUS, we must be able to follow up in order to ensure excellent service
and maintain accurate records. Opting out of follow-up is not a possibility
during this time. A person may choose to opt out of newsletters or other
follow-up after they have closed a transaction or have decided (and informed
EXODUS) for some other reason not to use the services of the EXODUS Network.
If requested, we will send newsletters or other information about the EXODUS Network to names which are submitted by their friends. Anyone may opt out of future mailings from this database.
